We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive Assistant Office Manager to help support the day-to-day operations of our Albuquerque office. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly — from scheduling and data entry to document management and internal coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great communication skills, and takes pride in getting things done efficiently and accurately.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and field teams

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, manage incoming/outgoing correspondence

  • Maintain accurate records, files, reports, and sensitive documents

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

  • Support travel coordination, project tracking, and office logistics

  • Input data into office systems, spreadsheets, and databases

  • Help with special projects and office initiatives

  • Provide backup support to the Office Manager and assist across departments as needed

  • Start your day reviewing emails and prioritizing tasks

  • Support managers by preparing documents, reports, or scheduling meetings

  • Greet vendors or visitors and direct them as needed

  • Organize files, maintain shared documents, and handle data entry

  • End the day by following up on action items or prepping for tomorrow’s needs

  • 2+ years in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional in demeanor

  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus

  • Based in or near Albuquerque, NM (preferred)
