Leadership With Field, Operational, and Organizational Depth
Meridian’s senior leadership structure is led by the President and four Vice Presidents, who together form the company’s senior executive team. This group provides direction across operations, business operations, estimating, and the assets and material resources that support execution in the field.
Alongside that executive team, Meridian intentionally elevates Safety and Human Resources as essential leadership functions. Our Head of Safety and Head of HR play a critical role in how Meridian performs – strengthening field support, reinforcing standards, supporting our people, and helping build the structure required for sustainable growth. Together, this leadership group helps ensure the company is aligned operationally, accountable in execution, and supported where it matters most.
