Don leads Meridian’s Business Operations, shaping the company’s strategy, operating discipline, and long-term growth. His role spans enterprise planning, organizational design, financial oversight, contracts administration, risk management, HR and talent systems, technology modernization, and the operating standards that drive consistent execution across Meridian’s heavy civil, industrial, and mining work.

At Meridian, Don’s focus is building durable systems and leadership accountability that allow the organization to deliver predictable results today while scaling intentionally for the future. He partners closely with executive and field leadership to strengthen how the company plans work, manages contractual and operational risk, uses data to make informed decisions, and executes safely, on time, and on budget.

Prior to Meridian, Don served as President and COO of Mural Technologies and held senior executive leadership roles at organizations including Intuit. His career spans defense contracting, manufacturing, software, customer experience, cloud IT services, and business transformation, with deep experience leading organizations through periods of growth, complexity, and change.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Don brings a disciplined, people-centered leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, and transparency—creating environments where teams perform at a high level and organizations grow with purpose.
