She brings a disciplined yet deeply people-centered approach to HR, aligning talent, compliance, and organizational practices with business strategy and operational execution.
Throughout her career, Kerriann has supported organizations across construction, manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, landscaping, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise spans recruiting and talent management, labor relations, benefits administration, compliance, leadership coaching, negotiations, and organizational development. Known for blending practical execution with strategic clarity, she helps organizations bring consistency, structure, and stability to how they manage and support their people.
Kerriann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Robert Morris University in Chicago and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is recognized for her ability to guide teams through periods of change while maintaining trust, transparency, and accountability.
In addition to her professional work, Kerriann has a strong passion for service and community impact. She has served as President and CEO of the International Women’s Empowerment Network (IWEN), CEO of Kerriann Nicole Consulting, and CEO of All My Children’s Daycare Center. Through these roles, she has championed education, empowerment, and partnerships that strengthen families and communities. She is also a contributing author to the Amazon best-selling book Life After, where her chapter, “There’s Power in a Pivot,” reflects her belief in purposeful change and growth.
