Pay: $22.00 – $29.00/hr | Based on Experience

We’re hiring a CDL Water Truck Driver to deliver water for dust control and support construction operations. This role plays a key part in safety, productivity, and environmental compliance across our projects.
✅ Successful Team Members in This Role Will…
Operate water trucks safely on and off-road to transport water to job sites
Spray water for dust control, compaction, or other site-specific needs
Navigate rough terrain and active job sites with care and awareness
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep the truck in working order
Communicate effectively with field supervisors and adjust delivery routes as needed
Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, fuel usage, and maintenance checks
🚜 A Day in the Life of a Water Truck Driver:
Start with a pre-trip inspection of truck and tank systems
Fill water tank and verify system pressure/spray function
Deliver water to job sites based on schedule and site needs
Apply water using spray bars or hoses as directed
Return for refills or rotate to the next project site
Complete logs and coordinate with dispatch or site leads
📈 Measurements of Success:
Safe and efficient delivery of water across multiple sites
Proper application of water for effective dust control
Adherence to all DOT and company safety standards
Minimal downtime due to well-maintained truck condition
Timely reporting and accurate documentation
🧰 Requirements:
Valid Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement
Experience operating water trucks or similar heavy equipment
Clean driving record and ability to pass drug/background screening
Physically able to climb, lift hoses, and navigate uneven terrain
Based in or willing to work across New Mexico
