About Meridian

Meridian was founded in March 2003 and is owned by Ted Haworth and Mark Sutton. Senior Management personnel include Equipment Manager James Sipe, Controller Jim Stout, General Superintendent Rob McNew, Assistant General Superintendent Jesus Enriquez, Accounting Manager Jennifer Constable, Human Resources and Insurance Manager Debbie Ramirez, and Contracts Manager Cindi Starner. Meridian currently employs over 150 people working on construction projects in Arizona and New Mexico.

Staff
Since its founding in 2003, Meridian has grown to a current administrative staff of 30 professionals. This staff includes project, equipment and safety managers, engineers, accountants and administrative personnel.

Technology
Meridian employs state of the art technology in the form of HCSS estimating software, Viewpoint accounting software, AGTEK digitizing software, Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and robotic survey equipment.

Approach
Meridian prides itself in being responsive to its customer's needs. Broad construction capabilities, quick decisions and prompt allocation of resources are keys to Meridian's success.

Safety
Meridian's goal is to have every employee go home at night in the same condition as when they left home that morning.
